Mr. PropAdvisor is a real estate advisory and channel partner operating in Noida and Greater Noida West. We are not the developer, builder or owner of any project featured on this website. We facilitate transactions between buyers, tenants, sellers and developers.
2. Information on This Website
- Prices, rents, maintenance charges, availability, carpet and super areas, possession timelines and specifications are indicative market ranges gathered from listings, recorded transactions and conversations with owners. They are not a quotation and not an offer.
- These figures change without notice. Statutory rates such as stamp duty and GST are set by government and change independently of us.
- Images may include representative or stock photography and may not depict the specific unit under discussion.
- Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Always verify independently before committing money — including the project’s registration on the UP RERA portal, the tower-wise Occupancy Certificate, the title chain, and current statutory rates. We encourage this and will help you do it.

4. Contacting Us Through This Site
When you submit an enquiry, you consent to us contacting you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about that enquiry. Marketing and promotional messages are separate and require the optional consent box. You may withdraw either at any time.
Please do not send financial details, identity document numbers or passwords through this website or WhatsApp. We will never ask for them.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false details or another person’s details without their permission.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of this site’s content without written permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not use our contact channels to send bulk or automated messages.
6. Third-Party Links
We link to UP RERA, the Noida Authority, IGRS Uttar Pradesh, the Income Tax Department and other external sites so you can verify things yourself. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

The written content, structure and design of this website belong to Mr. PropAdvisor. Project names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We provide this website and our advisory service in good faith and take reasonable care over accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information published here, from decisions taken without independent verification, or from the acts of any developer, seller, lender or authority.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
