Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a privacy notice you cannot understand is not really a notice at all.

1. What We Collect

We do not ask for and do not want your Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, card details or passwords through this website. If any page ever appears to request them, do not enter them and please tell us.

2. Why We Process Your Data

• To respond to your enquiry — the main reason. Submitting a form is your consent for us to contact you about that enquiry.
• To share relevant property options — matching listings, price updates and availability related to what you asked about.
• Marketing and promotional messages — only if you tick the separate consent box. This is optional and you can decline and still use everything on this site.
• To improve the website — aggregated analytics, which does not identify you personally.

3. Where Your Data Goes

Being specific about this matters more than a general assurance:

• WhatsApp — most of our forms open a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you choose to send. Once sent, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply to that conversation.
• Google Sheets — enquiry details are recorded in a private spreadsheet accessible only to our team.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics.
• Developers and sellers — if you ask us to arrange a site visit, booking or documentation, we share the minimum details needed with that specific developer or seller. We do so only for enquiries you have actually made.

4. How Long We Keep It

Enquiry records are retained for up to three years, because property decisions often take that long and clients frequently return. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so, keeping only what any law requires us to retain.

5. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• Ask what we hold about you and how it has been used.
• Have it corrected if anything is wrong or out of date.
• Have it erased, unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent at any time — including marketing consent, without affecting service on your existing enquiry.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

Stopping marketing messages

Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or tell us on a call. We will stop promotional contact but may still respond to enquiries you raise.

6. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. These cookies do not identify you by name. You can block them in your browser settings or use a browser extension — the site will continue to work normally.

7. Security

We restrict access to enquiry data to the people who need it, and the spreadsheets we use are access-controlled. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not store financial data at all, which removes the most sensitive category of risk.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults making property decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted details, tell us and we will delete them.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated directly.
